The National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) has formally opened the 2025 application procedure.
Applications are now open and will close on 15 December 2024.

To qualify for NSFAS funding, an applicant should satisfy the subsequent requirements:
• Be considered a South African citizen or copyright who emanates from a house that has a combined gross household income that does not exceed R350 000 for every annum.
• People with disabilities qualify if their combined household earnings isn't going to exceed R600 000 per annum.
• SASSA recipients immediately qualify for funding and wish not submit any proof of earnings.
